Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact movements, flexibility, muscular strength, balance and endurance. There is a focus on postural alignment and core strength with breath.

Wednesday mornings 9.30am -10.30am Starting 9th January 2019

The class is suitable for beginner and intermediate participants.
